ive been watching belyro's posts so plenty of tips have been picked up along the way...thanks belyro
ive been told not to eat or do anything unusual tonight that will affect my Bg's tomorrow.

| | | Don't be alarmed by a real high or a real low just learn from it and adjust. It will take a few days to get your ratios down pat. My first week was a little rough but after that it was all good. Good luck and keep testing.
