Crutch Diet

Broke my leg in June, and am now pretty much over that. Still working on conditioning and strength.
I noticed that I lost weight steadily while on the crutches. Went from 182 down to 165 over about a two month period.
Have gained back 7 lbs since.
A friend of my daugters has some serious knee problems. He told me it is called the crutch diet. Too immobile to get to the refrigerator and it is so much work to get around on those miserable devices that you sort of push food away, anything to remove a pound from the next step.
I can say this is all true. Maybe you want to try it sometime?
