Mornings

Hey, does anyone ever wake up with their heart pounding, its like a throbbing sensation. i have checked my morning sugar level which was 4.4mmol/L and it feels like i have been low in the night. I was just wondering if this is probably the case and if others have experienced it. I played 1hour and 30minutes of badminton last night, in which i drunk way too much lucaozade sport, 1 correction shot, had a packet of crisps and half a slice of bread. Its a stupid mix, i went low in the middle of a game and gulped down the lucazade, doh.

For a start, Exersice is a way of "burning sugar" and please test at the game as this will give a better idea on whare you are at and at this point to bolus may be not needed as the burning the sugar will do anyway.
Hope this helps.
