saw this today, don't know if you have all heard of it. seems like a cool gadget for kids.

I don't think they released the Glucoboy in the states, yet. I'm not too thrilled with the price if it's going to be that high, though.

Heck, most games don't top $45 dollars for (PSPs, Nintendo Ds'es and the like), so I don't see this meter/game being fair at such a high price. It's also almost considered "outdated," as people are on to DS games, PSPs, etc. Had it come out a couple of years ago, it may have been more popular. I'm not knocking it, as I myself was and still am interested in it, but for me the price is a huge factor.

I agree Dewey, It's amazing how such an idea can be so pricey, But a good idea to do test's at school though as this will bring a better understanding of our disease.
At that price you can buy three normal meters at least!!

Anything with diabetes is not cheap, its a cashcow disease, they will never cure it because people always need money.
