Unhappy Sure has been a while

Well its been a while since I've been on here.
I jut haven't been feeling good...and I've been stressed out.

I'm feeling like theres no reason to even take care of myself anymore. I don't think my Zoloft is working, its sad. I'm trying to keep my head up and walk tall but its hard. I attempt to test 3 times a day but then I think about it and put the pen prick down and forget about it. I have these days alot.

It'll get better soon, well I hope soon.

Sorry you are feeling down. Don't know about zoloft but I do know that when I'm not testing and therefore not well controlled, I get moody and a bit down. Cold and dark winter don't help either.
Cheer up, spring is coming.

So true, how long have you been on zoloft? I had to change to efxor and it really helped me out. Regardless you should talk to your doc about this. Keep your head up and we're all here to support you.
