Ice Cream

So odd question I guess. So I have not eaten ice cream for many months (like 6 months or more) and ate it earlier this week (Wednesday I believe). Well, it definitely messed with my digestive tract and noticed it today. Has anyone ever encountered this after eating sweets or something they have not eaten for a long time?

If it was the "CarbSmart" Ice cream then it was the sugar alcohols that did you in. I can only tolerate a small about, and more than about 1/2 cup and I'm gassy and in pain.
