| When you have been running consistently that high, lowering your BGs will give you the *false* symptoms of a hypo. You should not treat this kind of low but try to ride it out testing frequently. If you keep treating (and in your case, overtreating) high numbers, your body will never get used to running in the normal non-diabetic range of 70 to 110 that many of us strive for. An official hypo is anything below 65. Overtreating puts you on a BG rollercoaster. Not a good thing.
