Unhappy high morning numbers

Hi guys,
ever since I was sick last week my morning bg's have been between about 130-150. Doesn't seem to matter what I do before I go to bed either, they're still high. Like last night I was 199, I took half my Lantus and some extra Novolog, ate some Chex mix and this morning I was still 147. My best numbers seem to be afternoon; I'm having trouble even getting under 100. I split my Lantus into 6 morning/6 evening; I upped it from 5/5.

I don't know. All I can think of is when I was sick I was pretty much bed ridden and it's been so cold I don't go anywhere if I don't have to so I haven't been as active the last couple of weeks.

I don't know what else to do. Thoughts?
