I'm currently feeling like the darn thing ran over my foot

We never seem to meet up with those band wagons, beer wagons, or even the chuck wagons. Pffft! We need Hank the Budweiser horsie!

Well, in order to celebrate my realizing the need to get back on track I will have a chocolate bar for lunch.....

Wait, that doesn't seem right....

I am in the same situation as all of you!! I don't know if it's the winter but man I've been slacking. My last A1C a month ago was 8.1!!! I couldn't believe it!! It's the exercise thing plus I've gained a few pounds so that's not helping. I'm hoping too that the warmer weather will spruce things up with me!!
