I've gone from 5.5 - 7 being my "good feeling zone" to 4.5 - ?? being my "even better feeling zone" The difference i"ve found so far now I've adjusted lower is my body much more able to relax, less "washed out" feelings from stress, and memory seems more resilient... I can hold things in my mind better.
I only made this adjustment a day or so ago, maybe I will find more benefits too.

Hi there Paul, I have/had a similar problem. Just wanted to let you know that for me at least, learning to "re adjust" the body's reactions wasn't that hard in the end, it just required gritting my teeth, putting up with the side effects and not instinctively correcting to go upwards.
Once I have been down below 5 for more than about 8 hours (time probably depends on how long you've been up, but should be in the few hour to day or so range) then the side effects do seem to dissipate. The thing is, to be aware you are going to be feeling dodgy for a while and don't give up too quickly (and pop yourself up higher) - otherwise no re-adjustment occurs.
Mind you I have discovered this with the benefit of more stability that a pump gives me... but it may well be possible for you to readjust downwards somewhat, whatever your therapy.
