getting better

I just got my latest results and my A1c has dropped a little. I was 7.6 in January and I am now at 7.3. I also got better results about my bad cholesterol. It was 3.7 and it is now 3.45These are not major improvement but I'm getting there...slowly!

I met with a new endo who seems very capable. He suggested me to use few units of NPH in the morning and I've got better BGs so far (I've been trying that for more than a week now). I only got one BG of 13 otherwise they are less than 10. So I'm very confident for my next blood tests!

Glad your results are getting better. Always more fun to get good results.

NPH gets a bad rap here for the most part. Most like Levemir or other long acting insulin. Most think NPH is too unpredictable. I'm pumping so I hope some MDI folks will respond for you.

Keep up the good work. Your next HBA1c should be well below 7%.
