It always works for me.
I love this site, thanks for posting it.

I head out to my shop and make some sawdust or if I have the time, head up into the woods and do a little shooting (unless its bird season, then I go hunting).

OH, for the joy of a walk in the woods again. Don't think Winnie Walker and I could make it over roots and leaves etc.

I found the ultimate way to relax: get rid of the thing that’s stressing you out! I completed my final exam today. So hopefully A no stress and B I have passed. Last night I had 4 units of Lantus and 1 unit of novo to cover 50g of carbs. I was low at 10:20pm and proceeded to consume 10.5g of carbs. I was still low at 11:21pm; I had a further 29.5g of carbs. I woke up at 7:32am at 5.2mmol/L despite the binge of 40g of carbs uncovered by insulin. Now that’s what I call stress. I was low before the exam as well, although easily covered with Lucozade.

I usually don't like to just sit and relax. I have to be doing something. I am "relaxing" on my bike. It justs gets me away from thinking about everything. Not really relaxing but it clears my head. I'll usually go out for 20 to 30 miles and when I get home I'm ready to go. My other past time is my car. I'm either out for a "spirited" drive or just tinkering with it. Here I am "relaxing" with it. Yes those cones are supposed to be down they are pointer cones.

Glad to hear someone else say they can't "sit and relax" for years my husband and his family have not been able to understand that I sit at work all day and coming home sitting down is not relaxing. Get me up and doing and I relax!

Sweet way to relax Although I'm sure the stress must go up when it comes time to buy new rubber for those rear wheels
