Cool Supplements???

Does anyone know of any supplements to take for workouts? I am a type 1 diabetic and I want to take a supplement to help me build muscle besides protein. Please respond..Thank You

You shouldn't use protein shakes, if you absolutely want to, get the slow acting ones. Us diabetics shouldn't use fast acting anything.

If you eat healthy, veggies and fruit, that should be enough.

It works very well for me, I'm loosing fat and gaining muscle.

The only supplement you need is intramax. expensive, but the best.

Well, insulin is a growth hormone and since diabetics inject via subcutaneaous tissue we have much higher levels of insulin in our bodies. That should be enough of a supplement.
