Thank you gym.

Been out of the gym lately because of busy time at work, and after about a week i notice my insulin needs increase. It's almost interesting how fast it happens. I also get more fluctuation in my results. I can usually eat say a burger and do fine with that. Not so much when i'm not working out.

I'm really not complaining though! I feel really good these days. Good times.

I second that.

Also if I work out really hard some days, my insulin requirement goes a little bit up the next day. But then drops down again the next day.

Me too. Interesting the beneficial effect of regular exercise (in my case running) on moderating BG variations for us T1s, when the conventional wisdom is mostly about the exercise affecting insulin resistance in T2s
