c peptide

Hi all sorry not posted for a while hubby been in hosp all ok now could anyone from the uk tell me how long results of the c-peptide take to come back it was taken on the 3/5/08.

I had a c peptide done right before my endo appt, i mean like maybe 2 weeks before and i had my results within a couple days. my doctors office does labwork in the office and mails them off. hope this helps.

In the US it takes 3 days. It shouldn't take 2 and a half months. That's ridiculous.

I used to have a boss that was English, I thing they swap the month/day around.

We do the dates right ... it's you guys who swap them!



I personally prefer year-month-day ... simply because it is the easiest to sort automatically on a computer

When talking to people outside the computer field, I always use day-month-year

The idea of stating month-day-year just doesn't make sense ... even if it is "traditional" in a few areas ...

I had my C-Peptide re-tested back in March and my endo telephoned me with the results 3 days later.

Hi there

I'm from the UK - my test took 5 working days to get back to the surgery. Agree with Cormac we do the dates correctly, you US guys do it wrong

Or if you write 3rd May 2008 or even 03-MAY-2008 there is no question... no matter what order you use.
