I was diagnosed at 28 and I didn't see it coming. Maybe because no one in my family had diabetes so I didn't realize it could be it! I was feeling very bad...I wanted to sleep and pee all the time, I was thirsty, etc. I didn't loose a lot of weight though, but I was only 130 pounds at that time and a I lost only 15 pounds. So some doctors were not convinced about me being a type 1. Weird! |
Find a new doctor, sounds like typical symptoms to me, your doctor needs his/her head examined.

Don't worry I nearly didn’t even go to a doctor my parents forced me to on a home visit.
