Hey Shiftzor, Do you do any leg exercises other than riding a bike? I would still ride as this will help blood flow.

I play badminton which is a safer sport in terms of danger.

I will have to try some of the stuff suggested although I have tried savalon before, it’s great for travelling light and doing first aid in muddy/wet situations. Thanks for suggestions.
