LOL...same way here w/ breakfast foods, although now I can't have the OE eggs or hardboiled, etc...but I do the better 'n eggs...lol.

Eri eats cereal or oatmeal every morning. (so does my other daughter)...what I've noticed is that they seem to do a lot better than the boys in school(ok, so my son got all B's and some C's...he can still bring up those grades though)....but the girls BOTH made the honor roll and are much more peppy throughout the day.

And Jenny...I agree...even though I LOVE b-fast and eat it, normally, it does make me more hungry, it seems, for the rest of the day!!!lol

... Sometimes I'll wake up around 5 am and tell myself 'Oh no!' One more hour to wait till breakfast...!!!' ...

Especially since on Metformin. So hungry in the morning!! The only thing I skip is perhaps a 4th coffee...
