Nowadays ppl of any age can be Dx'ed with Type 1, whereas years ago it was supposedly rare to see anyone over the age of 20 with "Juvenile Diabetes" (hence the term).

Dx T1 at age 35, Feb 2004. If you go by mental age, then I do fall in the juvenile catagory!
