Seems like a lot were dx'd around holidays or bdays...
Eri's "unofficial" dx was on New Years Eve '99/'00..."official" on 1/3/00.

I am 48 and dxd type 1 when I was 35. My paternal grandmother became type 1 at 35 also.

I was 18, a freshman in college. Not a great time to be diagnosed with type 1 but then again, is there EVER a good time?????
