Here is an update I just got -
She woke up at 6:00 this morning and responded to her mother. That is great news! Her pH level is coming up slowly and her bloodsugar is holding at 280. She is not out of the woods, but is improving.

I forgot to mention she is 13...

Thank you all for your responses.
Grumpee i`m sorry to hear about your friend`s daughter and i hope she will recover soon.
My booldsugar was 278mg after 2 hours and a 4 units shot of rapid insulin and then after another 4 units and 2 hours was 69mg (i think i took to much just to be sure). But after this period all came back to normal so i`m ok now.

I wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR and let`s hope that soon we will talk about how we have beaten diabetes.
