| This diabetes thing affects people differently. Generally moderate exercise can cause lows and strenuous exercise can cause highs. It can also depend on what your blood sugars are when you start exercise. If you start with a high blood sugar, (I think the figure is 12), your readings will go higher. It might also depend on what you've eaten before exercise. The carbs you eat are quite low, so I'd kind of discard that theory. Other than that I think it's the 'RANDOM WEIRDNESS' theory.
