Exclamation Numb & Tingly Mouth, Sore throat following low blood sugar??

Has anyone ever experienced tingling or numbing sensations in their mouths following a hypoglycemic episode? I recently started getting this...and what's weird is that it happens on the way up, out of a low blood sugar, not when i'm dropping. Also, my throat gets sore and remains that way for at least an hour afterwards...seems to happen only when I drop and rebound from below 50...can't find anything on the internet about it. a doctor, not an endocrinologist, told me it's because without knowing it, i'm slightly hyperventilating and the tingling is the oxygen and blood rushing in???

I get tingley mouth and big headache, feels like I am going to pass out when my blood sugar rises quickly anything past 120. Which I don't quite understand. I feel real good at 110 greater than 85.

I wonder if it is drop, then the quick increase that causes these symptoms.

like right now, I was at 100 before I aite, felt good but was hungry at 1:13pm. Now that I just finished my last bite my lips are tingling and I am getting tired and a headache is coming on. I just took another metformin. I am on 500mg/2xday but I think I am going to have to increase it to 3x since after I got sick.

My lips and nose feels tingly when my BG is dropping. I often wake with my nose and lips tingling. After a little food the feeling goes away. Before diagnoises and b/4 my blood sugars were under control control, it happened more often and I wondered if I was having mini strokes.

Yes!
Actually had a couple hypo episodes today and this happened both times.
Always has.
