Crazy test strip results?!

So today I test 1 hr after bolusing for a high if 280mgdl.Im on a pump and if my sites good I will come down 50 points within the hour.So I test and get 110mgdl?So I re-test and get 252mgdl?Im using one touch strip and this has happened before.I wash my hand before I test,code my meter so how are my results so off!

Bobby, if you're still coding the One Touch strips, best bet is that they've expired by now.

No the strips are the new blue code 25.I just got off the phone with one touch and they said im doing every thing good and are sending me new strips.They dont know whats going on!aka scary!

I have yet to receive any of the new blue Code 25 strips. All of mine still need to be coded and none are out of date.

I have had wild numbers in the past and a few times it got me in trouble because I corrected for a high reading even though I kind of knew something wasn't right. I'd call Lifescan and they may be willing to send you a new meter and/or strips.
