Do you take any vitamins/supplements?

The title says it all really!

Do you take any vitamins or supplements? If so, what do you take?

Vitamin C...I know it's all in my head, but I feel better if I take it.

I take a Centrum knockoff that Publix makes. I think that sometimes when I am trying to be careful of what I eat, I don't always get the RDAA of everything. I also take a heaping spoonful of Metamucil, as I am no longer a "regular" guy now that I have cut breads and some fruits out of my diet.

Calcium
Vit D
Chromium Picolinate
Niacin
CoQ10
Mulit
C
Fish Oil

Getting good results in low LDL without statins, maybe because of the Niacin (which can raise BG a little)

Vitamin D- Endo here in Germany also does clinical research and says that according to some experiments they've done there is reason to suspect that extra vitamin D can help keep the honeymoon phase going longer..... and that my vitamin D deficiency might have had something to do with me getting T1 in the first place......

Wow, I feel left out. Other than prescription medication, I don't take anything.

Talking

When I actually remember to take them, I usually take the Women's Ultra Mega vitamins from GNC. However, I have a hard enough time remembering to take Mavik and Levoxyl....
It does seem to help, though.
