| | | I have to post here, have looked all over www, so apollogies for being ... Hi there everyone.
Look before I begin I wanna say sorry if i'm being a bit to explicit for this forum.
I'm type one, 6 years now, blood sugars OK cholestorol OK (well 5/6) Fit NOT overweight, In fact Docs always comment on how healthy I am....BUT
I developed Peryonies about 6 months OK, went in for the Operation to have it straightened, and the Doc didnt do it, said the bend wasnt severe enough??
Well (heres the explicit bit so SORRY) Before Peryonies I used to produce a lot of sperm when my partner and I had sex (she said too much).
NOW I'm lucky if I produce a thimble full, and of course she is out of her mind with worry that I am having sex elsewhere????? (Which I'm NOT)
But put yourself in her shoes????
Has anyone else had this problem???
because I have researched the www throughly and cannot seem to find answers.
Once again folks.........SORRY |

| | I'm not a urologist (though I play one on TV)...
Okay, jokes aside. I googled "low-ejaculate output" and got this: Quote: |
A low ejaculate volume can reflect abnormalities in accessory sex gland fluid synthesis or secretion (18). It can also be indicative of a physical obstruction somewhere in the reproductive tract (18), or may occur in cases of incomplete or (partially) retrograde ejaculation (6).
So, you may need to discuss these possibilities with your doctor (and your hunny).
Also, another cause that I heard on "CSI" can be if you have reason to ejaculate frequently, each successive incident will be at a lower volume. There is a recovery time for "normal" output, and for each man it is different.
I am not aware of this being a symptom of diabetes, or a complication. The primary complication for men is the ability to hold an erection since both nerve and vascular damage can occur with consistent high blood sugars.

Once again folks.........SORRY | Never feel sorry for asking valid questions. The majority of folks here are "of age." Even those who aren't seem to have more elevated levels of maturity....guess that's one good side effect of Diabetes. Although I'm a gal and can't really provide good advice on your situation, I do think you have taken the right course of action by seeking help and information. I did have one question, and that is, has your girlfriend noticed any changes (other than less sperm), with reference to the bend (Peryonies)? Welcome aboard, and hope you find some solutions (and a doc who will listen).

| | Warning: mildly crude adult humor Designer, my urologist actually asked me about it at one time, saying that low levels of seminal fluid at ejaculation is a common phenomena among Diabetics. It's better know as, "Retrograde Ejaculation." You're making just as much as you ever did, or so they say, but because of damage to the body from Diabetes, it dumps into the bladder rather than being emitted.
Now that the technical stuff is out of the way:
I'm like Duck; architect and diabetic by day, but at night I put on my mask and cape and latex gloves, and become Urologyman, a non-practicing, practicing urologist able to make you turn your head and force you to cough out the truth. Kinda like Wonder woman's lasso, except not as glamorous and I don't fill the boustier top of my tights like Linda Carter used to!
Tell her you're not cheating, it's a common problem (no matter who won't admit to it on here), and offer her this, "Take it as a break from having to clean up so much and at least this way no one gets the sticky spot."

| | | also, just a thought. The bend may not be severe enough to do anything about, but it may be constricting the Urethra and causing a reduction.

ah yes, I can certainly say that I am quite fortunate that my husband does NOT carry a purse and wear a bra and tights...YUP, pooor, pooor, me....
Well, the men that are sincere, passionate, sensitive, strong and that good looking, do usually wear what you wear, but it's usually at the gay bars on Friday nights - Ladies night!!!
I do however give much credit to your wife, it must be difficult living with a godess....

| | | Enjoyed the banter...better than UK sites Hey you lot dont worry about me, I loved all the talk, and banter....Much better than our dreary old sites over here in the UK.
(By the way...........Thanks for all you emails of support.....IT HELPS. (Bombings)
I also was told that I'm "Dumping it in the bladder" BUT like most of our doctors over here they dont bloody well tell you WHY?????
I use to belong to a GREAT forum concerning Diabetes, there was a guy on there who was in his 50's and lived in a RV and went where the sunshine was...Boy was he helpful, then it shut down????
I read most of the posts last nite and found them very helpful...BUT your'e not gonna shut down are you??????
I'm off to see my Doctor in Late August (Our waiting list is very quick over here, you gotta prob?? wanna see a doctor???? then you wait 3 months Aaarrrgggghhh)
So I'll post with his diagnostics.
Cheers all for the laughs
