Thumbs up Cinnabon???

Cinnabon,

I saw your A1C's, wowsa, how do you do it?

Do you eat??

Can you list what you eat for a normal day for you, just curious as that is an awesome A1C.

It does take some work but having a pump makes it easier.
Here is an idea;

Breakfast :
Small peice of French bread toast w/ butter
Espresso w/lil milk & sweetner
Lunch: Chicken BLT salad w/ Ranch dressing (Wendy's or Mcdonald)
snack: Coffee, cheestick or some peanuts/almonds
Exercise:30-45 min
WATER
Dinner:
1 of these...Chicken breast/ small steak/ turkey Ground beef
small salad
Snack: cheesestick

LoL....
Not much difference, but I have a lot of espresso throughout the day. Diet soda's as well. My water input was the large quatity before I jump on the treadmill.
