It does take some work but having a pump makes it easier.
Here is an idea; Breakfast :
Small peice of French bread toast w/ butter
Espresso w/lil milk & sweetner Lunch: Chicken BLT salad w/ Ranch dressing (Wendy's or Mcdonald) snack: Coffee, cheestick or some peanuts/almonds Exercise:30-45 min
WATER Dinner:
1 of these...Chicken breast/ small steak/ turkey Ground beef
small salad Snack: cheesestick
