First...{{{Big Hug}}} going out to you
I'm sorry that you are having such a rough time. It happens... it's not uncommon to want to forget or some might say deny having the problem. Dealing with it day after day, 24/7, can feel like a huge burden and then, lucky us

, we have to deal with other life issues on top of things.
Sometimes it's good having someone to talk to about these issues who's in a neutral position...have you ever thought about seeing a therapist or joining a support group? It may help you develop a plan to get back on track and also deal with the emotional side of this disease as well

.
As for your fiance', I would sit down with and explain to her your feelings. Don't assume she knows how you feel...b/c most likely she isn't completely aware of how you feel and what you are dealing with. Explain to her how important good nutrition is to managing your disease and ask her if it's something you can work on together. I'm sure she cares about you a lot and wants to help if she can.
Try to hang in there...we all have tough times, but we still manage to survive somehow.
Take care
