One Month Update

Well it's been one month and looking good. One month ago my A1C was 10.8 and bg were in the 250's. Now before meals I'm at 99 or 115. lost 15 pounds and saw Dr today not for check up but for dizzyness. He cut back my blood pressure meds. Yea.....
I won't know what my A1C will be til next month, keeping fingers crossed. Princesslinda thank you for your support and well wishes. I don't post much since I dont take insulin and am trying to do this on diet only...Working so far he said..
Thanks to all and wish you well with your diabetes.

Terry
