First HbA1C since diagnosis

Hi!

Just got back from getting my first post DX hba1c.

My number at diagnosis (July) was 16.2!!!

My number this week is 8.0.

And i know this number is constantly falling based on my BGL averages. in December i aim to be below 6.

if i get to below 6 my GP says i can stop taking the meds and use diet and exercise only!

the other exciting news is that my triglycerides, which have ALWAYS been high, are down to 1.4 mmol/L (123.5 mg/dl).

my Cholesterol is down to 2.1 mmol/l (81.2).
