More Success

Went to the Doctor today. I am off the Actos. Also my cholesterol has gone down from 169 to 155! A1C is the same at 5.4. I also lost another three lbs. The Dr. Bernstein program is really working well for me. The doctor said that in six months if I keep up the good work the metformin will be reduced.
Thanks to everyone in the group for their support, and information and advice.
I wish I could bottle just how happy I am right now and share it with the world!!!!!!!
