This is a follow-up of the thread I started a while ago :

I went back to the pharmacy today and guess what??! They have Glumetza extended release (generic name Metformin) and it was sitting right there all the time. They even looked at my file and sure enough, it's there too, I was prescribed Glumetza before.

I am so mad!!!! The pharmacist should know what is available and on his shelves. It was right there in my file too! It hasn't reappeared magically tonight. Sheesh! And he was condescending too. I am formely complaining about the pharmacist who handled this matter so poorly.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Good for you Marie at least you got the Glumetza,Poor pharmacist ,they have so many working behind the counter there all mixed up.Every time I go now I check my prescriptions .They make errors . Bye Ricky and yes keep us posted

... He apologized profusely and said the pharmacist was at fault. He will have a talk with him. Cased close for me. I've lost time enough with this nonsense.

They probably won't order them anymore because they did not sell well.
