Lulika, things are going so well for you! That 5.2 is very good two hours after the meal. Not everybody sees such positive changes so quickly, you are very lucky. I'm really happy for you.

Do you mind telling us how much your test strips cost in yuan? I am curious. For comparison, the test strips I buy are $94 per hundred, but more expensive if bought in smaller quantities.

Thanks for the support Slipperyelm
I get my test strips at a private clinic where all I have to do is sign the doctors report and the pharmacist hands over the bag of goodies. I didnt even think to ask how much it all cost as it is all billed direct to the insurance! How nice it is!
But just out of interest, I will find out at my next doctor's appointment in 2 weeks time and let you know. I imagine they will be pretty expensive because everythng is way over priced here unless it's made in China!

Yeah!!! I would be in that for sure. I would carb count and I'll see about getting the barre somewhere installed somewhere and do those ballet stretches and get to look fabulous again.

Do you have any old pictures from your dancing days? I always wanted to take ballet but my Dad forced me to take piano instead. No, I can't even play piano now either!

I'm sorry, I don't as the teacher has ruled out of camras in class. I wish I had a BG meter in those days.

Yeah Kim, Now the piano just remids me of dance. When I took up en pointe then there was the hard work and the crushed toes. OUCH!!
