Yeah, it probably took me 6 weeks on the Met to really start seeing those numbers start down to where they should be. I started seeing some results in about 3 weeks, but it really was the middle of March (after starting it the 1st week in Feb.) before I started seeing much better numbers.

Keep up the good work, guys!

I know. What is amazing is how much better I feel. I have no idea how long I was undiagnosed as a Type 2 but it was probably a couple of years. The constant feel of anxiety, stress, confusion, lethargy, etc. that I felt when my blood glucose was high is now gone.

Less than 120... this is how "normal people" feel all the time. Now I can say that and experience it again. I have so much energy right now... can't find myself to go to sleep but I better. It is past midnight.

Well, I just woke up and tested my fasting BG again. Had to share the results.

100 on the nose!

I think it has to do with the fact that I got a better nights sleep last night than I have in quite a while. A lot of the time, the neuropathy in my feet makes it difficult for me to sleep through the night without waking up several times. But I think I've found a good combination of temperature, clothes and covers to keep the irritation to a minimum while I'm sleeping.
