| | Hello everyone...again Sorry long time no see, but things have went a little crazy and i dont get to spend much time on the net anymore.
The good news is I recently had my labs done for the first time in almost a year. Everything came back great..nothing high nothing low.. the last time i went in june or july of 2007, she told me things were good only my HDL chol. needed to come up but that it probably hereditary or something and we could do nothing other than become more active. well I got that very physical job and now my HDL went up, every things great...
I dont believe I've lost anymore weight but gaining muscle because i have lost another dress size since january.
9/2006 dress size 26
1/2008 dress size 18
3/2008 dress size 16
so a year and half and lost 80 lbs and 5 dress sizes.
My latest A1c was 5.1 the lowest its ever been.
having to change BP meds to a baby friendlier kind, trying to conceive and also recently found out that I have pcos which wasnt a shock, i kinda figured it. good news is about that is even tho i have it, im still ovulating or at least started ovulating after all the weight loss.
hopefully I can log back on soon with more updates and time.

| | | Stacey, good job. I found myself recently wondering how you were doing, but as a rule I try not to ask where "so and so" is if they stop posting...Glad to see you're still kickin', even with the pcos.
