Cold after working

Does anyone else get cold after physically working? This happens to me about three times a week. My BG is not low when it it happens, not high either. I will have to put on a heavy sweater to get caught up on body heat and usually drink something hot. Probably need to look further in to thyroid. Also am generally cold sensitive for the last three years, but this chill is when the house is warm, but I have been working. Could be perimenopause. Thoughts? Experience?

I am ALWAYS cold after going for a jog. No thyroid problems for me.

kstreeter513, any idea why?

I just went for my walk--actually at a pretty slow pace 'cause I was already tired from the day's gardening. It is 63 Fahrenheit, but I put on my winter coat as I was cold before starting. I got warmed up on my walk, so now I'm comfortable again.
