Red face AIC Results

Hi Everyone

I was told that my current A1C is 6.9 on a scale where anything about 6 is out of range?. So, I guess thats a little high. My appt is next Monday with the counselor so, hopefully this is a number that can be brought down pretty easily.

Actually anything over 7 is too high. SO i guess it depends on how you look at it... You are under "7" but sneeking up on it!

Praying things will go well for you.

6.5 is the mark most use now. 6.9 if nothing to be too concerned with. Good job!

In another thread you confessed a junk food addiction and admitted to not exercising much. Seems like you have lots of knobs and dials to turn. You new number is not terrible but I think you have great potential for improvement. Go for it!

Put that diabetes in a head-lock and give it a noogie!

Why not pick a specific number for your next A1c - share only if you care to, but goals are good.

I dig that chromed up V-Twin BTW
