Lower carb dieter (approx. 75 total carbs/day, more on weekends), taking chromium, multivitamin and fish oil tablets Initial A1C 8/06: 9.6
11/06: 6.2.
03/07: 5.3
06/07: 5.4
10/07: 5.3
05/08: 6.2 (right after dealing with shingles and bronchitis) |

| | | Yeah, that is one that makes it hard to loose weight and keeps fluid on the body. Doc said I should loose about 10 pounds in the first week of reduced med. Also said wished he had my BP 110/70!

| | That is fantastic! Oh, I hope to be able to cut some of my meds in the near future! Right now I am in a slump so I don't see it happening too soon. Keep up the good work, that is an inspiration to all of us!

| | Did not realize how much fluid I was retaining. Cut back the Avandia yesterday and have really lost a lot of fluid already. Thanks for the encouraging words.

| | | sO FAR i AM DOWN 10 #s. Saw the Opthomologist yesterday no retina damage and NO bleeding! Love that report. Also no change in the minute cataracts in a year.
