Got my results yesterday!

I went to the Dr yesterday for the results of my latest bloodwork.

A1C is now 5.6
Cholesterol is 160.
BP is 110/70 (not bad for a 60 year old!)

The best part was that the doctor told me to cut my metformin form 1000mg twice a day down to 500mg twice a day for the next two months. Then if my numbers look as good as before I
cut the meds, then I could stop taking the metformin altogether!

Thank you Dr. Bernstein!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
