That could be sooner than you think!!

Nothing wrong with those foods, except maybe the BBQ sauce. A lot of commercial ones are primarily corn syrup. Finding a better sauce or making your own since these items are dear to you will be worth it.


As long as we are smart about it, we don't have to give up anything, sometimes portion control or exercise may be all thats needed

I like my rib sauce hot, not sweet. Generally use Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce spiked with Stubb's wicked chicken. Same combo I use on my chicken wings.

Oh, my last A1c was 5.7 and my lipids are normal. And I read carb content labels on everything.
