I'm feeling so much better now
My bs #'s are coming down! I had a fasting # of 104 this morning and last night's post prandial # was 111. I think the exercise and the extra 500mg of Metformin have done the trick so far. I hope the endo thinks I'm doing well also when I go for my appt. on the 7th of July.

A1C=13.3% 6-10-08
A1c=7.3% 9-09-08

Metformin 1000mg 1x mornings
Metformin 1000mg 1x dinner
Benicar HCTZ 20mg/12.5mg 1x daily
B Complex 1x daily
Vitamin D 400 IU 1x daily
[/b][/b]

[b]Cholesterol 237
Tryglicerides 194
HDL 46
LDL 145

1500 or less calories a day

Exercise= Recumbent exercise bike, Bowflex and walking

That is way down! I'm curious to see in the future if your cholesterol numbers will look better with your blood glucose under control.
