I only refrigerate my "stock" of insulin. Once each 10ml vial comes out of the fridge to be used, it lives by the side of my bed with my testing kit and pump supplies. Insulin should be fine at "room temperature" for 30 days but if you are travelling where it is hot you can also get the cool bags... Frio makes a good one. I travel for work, and often the hotel room will have a fridge but if not, my insulin lives in the drawer with my clean socks. If in doubt, your BS testing will show if the insulin is working as usual, but don't spoil your vacation by too much worrying

Make sure you have plenty with you, bring extra supplies and even an extra prescription just in case. Don't put all your supplies in your checked baggage if flying
