I'm Confused

I have type 2 and control it with diet. Today I was not feeling well (light headed and dizzy}

I checked my numbers and they were at 7.9. I Have a new contour by Bayer which is only about 2 months old. Nothing seemed to make me feel better until I finally took a drink of juice and then I started to feel better.

I know you take juice when your numbers are low but 7.9 is far from being low.

Anyone have any suggestions.

I can't explain you feeling better after taking in the juice, however, are you on any blood pressure meds? My new meds have been giving me those symptoms.

My Contour was off by more that 50%. Try a different meter
Since we are near each other - I can give you One Touch and some strips

try calibrating your meter with the fluid they give you, or ask for some at the local pharmacy. Also check the battery.
