Talking Use of Janumet

Good Evening:

I have been a lifelong type 2 diabetic. I will be starting using Janumet shortly.

Would be very interested in members using Janumet and your use experiences and opinions.

Thanks You

Martin

Hi,
I use the stuff.
Started last year on insulin and got under control.
Switched to Metformin and was doing OK but not great. Numbers were stable but not quite low enough.

Switched to Janumet. Numbers immediately came down about 20 to 30 points. Been on it since. It's about 6 months now.
No stomach problems and no bad reaction.

2 pills a day and all is well. Really can't ask for much more.

Art

I've been using it for about 3 months now (since i was diagnosed). I'm wondering if everyone else whose taking experienced the same as art, or if art just got lucky with the extra 20-30 lower?

I'm still learning how to do this, but it seems that everyone else I've talked to with t2 just is on some metformin. If that works for almost everyone else (and is sooooo much cheaper) I might try talking my doc into switching me. even after my rx insurance it's running about 60$/month

I have been on it less than a month--so far so good. 50/500 twice a day.

Ive been on it for two months. Works great but I do get lows sometimes in the 60-70 range. Im supposed to do two 50/500 per day but sometimes I only take one.

I have been on it for two days now. I started on one pill a day.It is helping but I will probably go 2x day. It makes me feel weak for about an hour or so and then I'm ok.
