| | | Woo Hoo finally an excellent BGL reading Its only taken 9 weeks from diagnosis to do this; but I finally got a reading of 6 (108 US) I am so thrilled I want to shout it from the rooftops. I have hung around in the 7-8 range and thought it was going to be impossible to get it lower and bingo tonight it happened..... All the hard work of low carbing has finally paid off
Thanks to this forum I did it
Now to keep it up

| | thank you all so much. I hate being on this journey and it is tough, and I know with each new day the battle starts all over again. I did wake with some trepidation this morning scared that maybe my fasting bgl would be back in double figures but no, it was still down in single digit numbers so I think I have finally made a breakthrough and this beast is on its way to being conquered.
