Palms pain

I am getting pain in my palms, fingers, toes and feet, especially left ones. I am not even able to type more than 5 sentences without feeling the pain. What do these symptoms suggest, any idea? I feel rapid heart beat too these days and have become very lethargic and dull. Please let me know if you feel these symptoms suggest anything.

Before diagnosis, I had rapid heartbeat and lethargy...the fast heartbeat was the main reason I went to the doctor. Even now, if my blood sugar gets higher than usual, i'll notice a more rapid heart beat.

I'd suggest contacting your doctor ASAP. as many medical conditions can contribute to rapid heartbeat (thyroid, anxiety, cardiac problems, etc). Also, pain and tingling in the left arm/fingers could point to cardiac problems. ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry!
