| Before diagnosis, I had rapid heartbeat and lethargy...the fast heartbeat was the main reason I went to the doctor. Even now, if my blood sugar gets higher than usual, i'll notice a more rapid heart beat.
I'd suggest contacting your doctor ASAP. as many medical conditions can contribute to rapid heartbeat (thyroid, anxiety, cardiac problems, etc). Also, pain and tingling in the left arm/fingers could point to cardiac problems. ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry!
