thanks subby, I really appreciate your input. My poor podiatrist this morning. He was checking my feet as a follow up on my occasionally numb toe, I told him I don't have that problem anymore but was diagnosed with Raynouds and had to do a pressure pulse check that came back normal. then I went on and on about my eating/blood sugar/other wierd stuff/
and he was like, wow that weight loss is good for you! and I am like, really cuz here is how I am doing it.....and he says are you taking a multi-vitamin? and then he proceeds to tell me that what I have been doing is bad. He thinks the Raynauds/muscle twitching/raised blood pressure/raised blood sugar may all be explained by stress. So I said, well, they took me off my anti-phychotic because I got diabetes from it. I was taken off lithium because I got hypercalcemic, so ya, I am probably not in good mental health right now.

He is gotta be thinking, "I am a podiatrist...."

Hi Yannah, no problem, you know it was David with all the good and insightful info in the past post, I just threw a twee one liner at you before that.

You are right, it gets so confusing when we, as whole beings with different issues, have to try and sort things out with specialists, who seem to focus in on narrow and narrower fields sometimes. I know that I've almost grabbled my endo's by the collar sometimes, to get them to "Branch out" into other fields with their opinion, for a moment... it's sometimes impossible to fulfill their wish to keep it all on one race track, and get anywhere at all...

thanks Dave, you are so level headed. I am not smoking. After the last discussion I had here, I just didn't want to anymore. I even bought a pack once because I thought I wanted to, but couldn't smoke it. I mean, kinda hard to justify smoking when your toes keep turning blue! (Raynauds)

the eating thing is my focus and I am going to loose weight more slowly.

I think I stopped eating because it was something I could control in my world that had spun out of my control. (long story, been told b4).

now I am going to re-control eating.

Good for you, well done on all your decisions. If you think about it, you took control of your diabetes and blood sugar, you can do the same great job on your eating.

Whenever I skip breakfast, I need to at least double my lunch bolus. Always.
