Back when I used to eat carbs I was constantly hitting the Tums, Zantac, Pepto, etc. Since I have gone low-carb I have not once taken any products for heartburn/indigestion/upset stomach.
i am in total agreement with these observations. firstly, of course, i agree that YMMV...

secondly i had legendary stomach problems as well as horrid lipids. they even took my gall bladder out.

since diagnosis, and reducing carbs, my digestion has been much, much better. i never get indigestion. i rarely get wind or flatulence. i never get that after meal bloating.

my lipids are superb and my BGL is also excellent.

so i guess this is what my body likes.
