I Found a Cool Article.....Low Carb

I stumbled across this article this morning. You all may have seen it, but I had not. I thought it was interesting.

Thanks for posting these riosmom... I had seen both before but no worries I'm really glad that you are out there doing research... Knowledge Is Power

It's hard to find any diet study that is perfect and so far there are none that will finally put to bed the arguments about low-carb v low-fat but that won't stop me reading them anyway.

Thats cool stuff, you may already know this but just in case you can look on scribd and they have a lot of manuals, books and articles on diabetes that are free to download. I have got 10 books so far that would have been over $100 at the store for free.
