I have PVC's and I'm ultra sensitive to medication. Twice I've been in the ER with tachycardia (150+) due to medication. Not once did one doctor listen to me that it was the meds. One time I signed out against med advice, the other was counteracted by Ativan.

Wow. Your story shows us that only is it not always bad but that diabetes doesn't necessarily mean we are doomed to heart disease.

Thank you all for your advice and concern. I haven't had any bad chest pains for several days now so I do believe it was my GERD since I have started back on my acid-reducer pills. There is just so much with this disease that we have to keep up with .... it sure gets overwhelming!
